Catherine wins store competition

A visit to McAnerney’s supermarket in Armagh has proved more than profitable for Keady teenager Catherine Deveney.

The 15-year-old, from Madden Road Estate, was the lucky winner in the Sprite American Dream in-store promotion, which ran in conjunction with Delta Airlines.

As a result, she will be treated to a two-week holiday, taking in Atlanta, Georgia—the home of Delta Airlines—and two other American cities of her choice.

Catherine entered the competition whilst shopping at McAnerney’s and returned there to receive her winnings from the store manager, Mr Aidan McAnerney, who took great delight in presenting the wonderful prize.
